You don’t need to mask to be seen here.

Come art the journey with Samantha Larin!

This is a space where your quirks aren’t just accepted, they’re understood and cherished! I work rooted in IFS and Catholic formation. Here, everyone is welcome. Therefore, neurotypical or neurospicy alike, secular or religious, geeky or not, I offer body-person coaching that welcomes all the parts of you, especially the ones that have felt too much or not enough. In the words of Pope St. John Paul II, we are body-persons. As such, we need to experience healing and flourishing without creating a dualism between the mind and the body.

Welcome!

In his letter to artists, Saint Pope John Paul II exhorts all those “who are passionately dedicated to search for new ‘epiphanies’ of beauty, so that through their creative works as artists they may offer these as gifts to the world“. His hope in this letter is to encourage a renaissance of sacred art and, with it, the facilitation of encountering Jesus. Given that the primary goal of healing is to reconcile with God, there is a marked overlap in this call to artists and healers. Ultimately, both are called to lead souls to a genuine encounter with God, to an encounter with the redeeming light of Jesus Christ.

Through each encounter with Beauty, we can all grow and heal. As we heal, we become who we were made to be and blossom into the garden of God’s kingdom.

In the words of Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus

Jesus has been gracious enough to teach me a lesson about the mystery of the differences in souls, simply by holding up to my eyes, the book of nature. I understood how all the flowers God created are beautiful- how the splendor of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not take away from the perfume of the violet or the simplicity of the daisy. I understood that if all flowers wanted to be roses, nature would lose her springtime beauty, and the fields would no longer be decked out with little wildflower.

And so it is in the world of souls… Jesus’ garden. He willed to create great souls comparable to lilies and roses, but he created small ones as well… and these must be content to be daisies or violets destined to give joy to God’s glances, when he looks down at His feet. Perfection consists in doing God’s will… in being what He would have us be.

-St. Therese of Lisieux

Together, let’s journey towards flourishing and wellness.

Let’s blossom like flowers in spring.
